I offer both one-on-one and group training using the most modern workout and dietary techniques at my disposal. I’ll be there every step of the way.
My experience in the fitness community dates back to 2008 when I earned my Bachelor’s in Sport Exercise and Since at the University of Central Florida. I also have fitness certifications obtained through ACE (American Council on Exercise), AFAA ( Aerobic Fitness Association of America) and ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association).

Every person I train is a reflection upon myself. There are many people that don’t feel like they’re capable of progressing their health. That’s where my 15 years of experience as a personal trainer encourages and motivates you to see a difference mentally and physically. This will lead you toward a commitment of a healthy lifestyle and improve your family’s quality of life.
Whether you’re a high school athlete or over 55, you need balance, core strength, and flexibility. These are personal goals I have for my clients, and it reflects in my training style. I focus on all aspects of fitness and use functional training to gain strength, endurance, posture, balance, stability, and flexibility.

I have always had a love for wellness and living an active lifestyle. Growing up I was always involved in sports or fitness in some form or another. I played soccer and football for most of my life and during my senior year of high school I began weightlifting and have not stopped since.
After high school, I went to The University of Alabama. During my time there, I worked as a Sous Chef at a fine dining Italian Restaurant. Upon returning home to Maitland, I began his career as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
I take a holistic approach to wellness and believe the key to creating a healthier and better life is by bettering oneself in all aspects of Health and Wellness. This drove me to study and build a knowledge base around all aspects of wellness so that I can help teach people how to implement these things in their own lives.
My other interests include: CrossFit, Cooking, Traveling and Hanging out with my dog, Gunner!

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. AS a former NCAA college football player and North American Strongman competitor, I know what it takes to bring your fitness to the next level and is proof that instruction works. I will make sure that your program is based on science and physiology to help you reach your goals (and set new ones you haven’t thought of yet!).
